Our short and sweet remounting of our beautiful Dance/Theatre presentation of Charlene Baldridge's 'The Warriors' Duet' must close at the White Box Theatre tomorrow afternoon.
To say that it has been a pleasure would be an understatement. This production has graced CCdd's world, and we will be eternally grateful to Charlene, and of course to Laura- for allowing us to be a part of their story. To us, this is what Community-Based Theatre is all about: giving a voice to those that want to speak, and that's what Laura desired with her prolific passion for poetry on the eve of her battle with Cancer.
Her words are life-affirming, passionate, and ever inspirational. You simply do not want to miss this piece, because you too deserve to be touched by this beautiful woman's words.
