'Warriors' Duet' is a week and a half away and we started work on additional projects, but we want to take a moment this week to give a big shout out to  John H Barkley, Partner at Shustak & Partners, P.C. who helped us to file for our 501(c)3 Non-Profit license.  The process started 2 years ago right around the time of our first MORP.  John helped us to complete the arduous paperwork and make sense of the legal jargon.  Then we waited for what seemed like an eternity and now the work has proved worth it.  We feel so proud and we hope to serve our community to the best of our ability, and this new status will allow us to do so even more.

There are big plans for our 2013/2014 Season (which we will be announcing next week), and we can't wait to share our work with you!  We are looking for grants that will help fund our efforts, now that we qualify, and we are full of hope and inspiration.

And in case you didn't know, being a 501(c)3 means that all contributions to our organization are now tax-deductible.  So if you love our work and want us to help make our goals of finding a space, paying all artists, and having bigger budgets for our productions- a donation can be made right here:https://app.arts-people.com/index.php?contribution=c2d2 .

But most importantly- come check out our dance/theatre adaptation of Charlene Baldridge's beautiful work: 'The Warriors' Duet'!
